Delicious! Ordered garlic cucumber, curry beef steamed buns, house special fried noodles, General Tso's chicken, and the chicken cartilage dry pot. Everything was delicious, fresh, and so fragrant! It came out quickly and steaming hot.
Corvallis finally has real Sichuan food. Tried a spicy stew with meat and vegetables, and a dry pot with crispy intestines, potatoes, and celery. You can tell just from the aroma that they take serious pride in their dishes.
I ordered the General Tso's chicken, Dandan noodles, and Kung pao buns. Overall, I was very happy with my orders! Those buns are really really good!
So good! My partner and I have tried several other spots in town trying to find a good “Chinese takeout” spot with little success. Decided to try Uncle Sun tonight, and needless to say, we found our place. Everyone here is super nice, and the food is IMMACULATE.
Passing through Corvallis and made a stop here for lunch. The Hot and Sour soup was great and also the Sweet and Sour Chicken. We enjoyed the service and the other dishes also.
I have to say, this restaurant has the best Sichuan food in Corvallis. My girlfriend and I ordered the Spicy fish with soft tofu and the Griddle cooked chicken cartilage. They are very traditional and delicious.
